SELECTMEN’S MINUTES
Work session August 11, 2003
PRESENT: Chairman Colbert, Selectmen Richard DeBold, Selectman Spook Arey, Administrative Assistant Lisa Stevens and Evelyn Pike.
The work session was held at the Chichester Town Library. It began at 6:10pm.
The purpose of this work session was to update current personnel policies as they relate to; full-time/part-time status, vacation, sick, holiday, probationary period and bereavement.
No action was taken at this work session as nothing was finalized. The policies are a work in progress at this time. It is the intent of the Board of Selectmen to have Town Counsel and the employees review and offer input before these updated policies become effective January 2004.
The work session concluded at 8:40pm.
